We are a small breeder located in East Central Illinois. We are close to Indiana and Ohio. We hope that you enjoy viewing our terriers. We have built our breeding program with the focus on balanced temperament, working ability, and correct conformation. We have learned much about the Jack Russell Terrier since our journey began several years ago. Before pursuing this breed you must understand that it has been primarily bred for generations as a working terrier. Jack Russells work to quarry such as fox, groundhog, raccoon, opossum etc., but they can also be wonderful pets. All of our terriers are sold to homes only after interviewing potential owners to assure a proper match. All pet terriers sold from Canis Major must be spayed or neutered. These terriers are suitable only to an active lifestyle and they must be kept busy. Whether you decide to work them in the field or pursue other interests with your terrier such as participation in trials, hiking , walking in the park, swimming, or any other activity that will tap into the instincts and abilities of this amazing breed- keep in mind A busy Jack Russell Terrier is a happy terrier indeed!

It is essential to maintain the physical and mental soundness of this breed whether your terrier will be hunting, racing, participating in agility, conformation, Go-to-ground, obedience at trials, or curling up with you at the end of a long day. We strive to produce correct terriers with sound dispositions.

All of our terriers and puppies are raised in our home with our family and friends. They are well socialized and never kenneled. Our terriers are BAER tested normal and annually CERF tested. We breed from sound foundation bloodlines coming from proven generations. We breed a few litters each year and occasionally we offer puppies and adults for sale to approved homes.
